Recommended dosage
Melinava Vitamin D3+K2 is a high-strength formula, with K2 (150 μg) and D3 (100 μg) per capsule.

Take 1 capsule a day with plenty of water. For best results, we recommend taking it with a meal containing fat and taking it regularly for at least 4 weeks.

Tip if you have trouble swallowing
Place the capsule in your mouth with plenty of water and tilt your head forward (chin towards your chest). This makes swallowing much easier. Alternatively, you can empty the contents of the capsule into a glass of water and drink it.
