Recommended dosage

Melinava Liposomal Inositol + Folic Acid 5-MTHF is a high-strength formula, with 780 mg myo-inositol and 20 mg D-chiro-inositol, plus 200 µg folic acid per daily dose.

Take 2 capsules daily with plenty of water. For best results, we recommend taking it regularly for at least 8 weeks.

Tip if you have difficulty swallowing

Put the capsules in your mouth with plenty of water and tilt your head forwards (towards your chest). This makes swallowing much easier. Alternatively, you can empty the capsule contents into a glass of water and drink it.
