Recommended dosage

Melinava Microencapsulated Butyrate is a high-strength formula, with 450 mg of inulin, 346 mg of sodium butyrate and 19 mg of zinc per daily dose.

Take 2 capsules daily with plenty of water. For best results, we recommend taking them regularly for at least 8 weeks.

Tip if you have difficulty swallowing

Place the capsules in your mouth with plenty of water and tilt your head forward (towards your chest). This makes swallowing much easier. Alternatively, you can empty the contents of the capsules into a glass of water and drink it.

Note
