Directions & notes How to take the product.

Recommended dosage
Melinava Liposomal Copper is a high-strength formula, with 2 mg copper bisglycinate per daily dose.

For best results, we recommend taking one capsule daily with a meal and plenty of water (at least 300 ml).

Tip if you have difficulty swallowing
Place the capsule in your mouth with plenty of water and tilt your head forward (towards your chest). This makes swallowing much easier. Alternatively, you can empty the contents of the capsule into a glass of water and drink it.

Note
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.

Liposomes – the special technology

Our liposomal technology changes the way nutrients are absorbed by the body.

Thanks to their special structure, liposomes encase the active ingredients they contain and protect them from being broken down in the digestive tract.

This allows nutrients to be transported to where they are needed – right into the cells.

The result is increased bioavailability: a larger proportion of the active ingredient reaches the bloodstream unchanged and is actually available to the body.

Less loss, better absorption, more efficient use.

For your daily balance and energy.

Copper is a true all-rounder among trace elements. As an essential mineral, it performs numerous important tasks in the body and contributes to a balanced metabolism.

Our liposomal copper provides copper in a highly bioavailable form. It supports normal energy-yielding metabolism, the function of the nervous system and the formation of red blood cells. Copper also has antioxidant properties that can help to protect cells from oxidative stress.

Thanks to the liposomal formulation, copper is absorbed efficiently and made reliably available to the body – for gentle support of energy, balance and wellbeing in everyday life.

Targeted, natural, effective.

Products that make a difference.

Safe & uncompromising.

Our products are regularly put through their paces. Every single batch is carefully checked by independent laboratories to ensure that only the best finds its way to you. Our products are developed with dedication in Europe and manufactured in state-of-the-art production facilities.

Only what really counts.

Every ingredient matters to us. Each one is carefully selected and tested, and comes from controlled cultivation. Our formulations contain premium active ingredients in pure form and phospholipids from European sunflowers.

Absolutely nothing to hide.

We pay careful attention not only to which ingredients make it into our formula, but also to which ones stay out: GMO-free, no allergens, no artificial additives, soya-, gluten- and lactose-free.

Sparks of vitality.

Copper contributes to the normal function of the nervous and immune systems and plays an important role in iron utilisation. This process is crucial for the formation of red blood cells and therefore for smooth oxygen transport in the blood.

An adequate intake of copper thus supports physical vitality and can contribute to mental clarity and inner balance, giving you more energy day to day.

Your antioxidant powerhouse.

Our cells are exposed to stress every day – from environmental toxins, UV radiation or internal stressors. Copper, an antioxidant, contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

It helps to neutralise free radicals and so contributes to the stability and functioning of cells. Natural protection that works from the inside out and supports cellular balance.

Beauty from nature.

Copper plays an important role in the maintenance of healthy connective tissue. It is involved in the formation of collagen – a structural protein that keeps skin, blood vessels and joints elastic and resilient.

Copper is also important for the natural pigmentation of the skin. In this way, it contributes to a healthy, even appearance and supports the inner stability that true beauty is made of.

Questions and answers.

Copper is an essential trace element that our body needs for many important processes. It supports the immune system, promotes energy production and contributes to healthy skin and hair.

Copper is also a natural shield for the cells, as it has antioxidant properties and can therefore protect against oxidative stress. As the body cannot produce copper itself, it must be obtained through food.

Copper makes an important contribution to the normal function of the immune system and helps the body maintain its natural defences. Copper is also involved in the normal pigmentation of skin and hair, contributing to a healthy, natural appearance.

Copper also plays a central role in the maintenance of normal connective tissues. It is involved in forming stable structures that keep the skin, blood vessels and tissues elastic and resilient. Copper is also essential for the formation of red blood cells, contributing to normal energy production and oxygen transport in the body.

As part of the body's antioxidant defence mechanisms, copper also helps to protect cells from oxidative stress. Last but not least, it supports the normal function of the nervous system, contributing to inner balance.

Liposomal formulations have the advantage of offering higher bioavailability than conventional supplements in capsule form. This is because the liposomes protect the active ingredients and can carry them intact through the digestive tract. This allows the active ingredients to enter the bloodstream more quickly and effectively and be transported to where they are needed in the body.
Thanks to this increased bioavailability, liposomal supplements such as Melinava Copper can have a stronger effect in the body. Liposomal supplements may also help to reduce possible side effects, as the active ingredients are released into the digestive tract in lower concentrations, making unwanted reactions there less likely.

Melinava Copper should ideally be stored in a cool (below 25°C), dry place away from light.

Yes! It contains no animal components or ingredients whatsoever, so vegans and vegetarians can take it with complete peace of mind.

The time it takes for the effects of copper supplementation to become noticeable can vary from person to person. It depends, among other things, on your starting level, the dosage and personal health and lifestyle factors. In general, however, the following is a rough guide:

With mild symptoms such as tiredness or reduced concentration, you may notice an improvement after just two to four weeks, especially when a mild copper deficiency is being corrected.

Changes to skin and hair, for example in texture or pigmentation, usually take longer. Because skin and hair cells renew themselves only slowly, visible effects can generally be expected after one to three months.

Likewise, support for the immune system can become noticeable within a few weeks, especially when copper is taken alongside a balanced diet and other important micronutrients.

As copper is involved in numerous vital processes in the body, deficiency symptoms can show up in many different ways. An unbalanced copper level can, among other things, lead to a weakened immune system. Those affected are then more susceptible to infections and illness.

You may also experience tiredness and exhaustion, as copper plays a role in energy production. Copper is also essential for the formation of red blood cells. A deficiency can therefore contribute to pallor and a form of anaemia.

A copper deficiency can also affect mental performance. Difficulty concentrating and reduced mental clarity are possible consequences. Changes to skin and hair, such as dry skin, hair loss or a loss of natural hair pigmentation, can also occur, as copper is involved in pigment formation.

Last but not least, the nervous system can also be affected. In such cases, people report numbness, tingling or coordination problems. An adequate copper supply is therefore crucial to support these functions in the long term and maintain the body's balance.
