Recommended dosage
Melinava Eye Plus contains an optimally dosed, high-quality combination of nutrients.

Take 2 softgel capsules daily with plenty of water – ideally with a meal. For best results, we recommend taking it regularly for at least 4 weeks.

Tip if you have difficulty swallowing
Put the softgel capsules in your mouth with plenty of water and tilt your head forwards (towards your chest). This makes swallowing much easier. Softgel capsules are often easier and more pleasant to swallow than conventional capsules.
