Recommended dosage
Melinava NADH is a high-strength formula, with 100 mg per daily dose.

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water. For best results, we recommend taking it on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before a meal, and taking it regularly for at least 4 weeks.

Tip if you have difficulty swallowing
Place the capsule in your mouth with plenty of water and tilt your head forward (towards your chest). This makes swallowing much easier. Alternatively, you can empty the contents of the capsule into a glass of water and drink it.
