Recommended dosage
Melinava Multiminerals is a high-strength formula, with 17 vitamins and minerals per daily dose.

For best results, we recommend taking one capsule a day, ideally in the morning or at midday with a meal and plenty of water (at least 300 ml).

Tip if you have trouble swallowing
Place the capsule in your mouth with plenty of water and tilt your head forward (chin towards your chest). This makes swallowing much easier. Alternatively, you can empty the contents of the capsule into a glass of water and drink it.

Note
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.

Liposomes – the special technology

Our liposomal technology changes the way nutrients are absorbed by the body.

Thanks to their special structure, liposomes encase the active ingredients they contain and protect them from being broken down in the digestive tract.

This allows nutrients to be transported to where they are needed – right into the cells.

The result is increased bioavailability: a larger proportion of the active ingredient reaches the bloodstream unchanged and is actually available to the body.

Less loss, better absorption, more efficient use.

Minerals that grow with you.

Even with a balanced lifestyle, it can be challenging to take in enough of all the essential minerals, trace elements and vitamins. Environmental pollution, physical and mental stress, exercise or illness can further increase your individual nutrient requirements.

This is exactly where our liposomal mineral complex comes in. The carefully balanced combination provides the body with important minerals and trace elements in amounts tailored to its needs, to keep body and mind naturally in balance.

This creates a stable foundation for energy, balance and wellbeing – so you can focus entirely on what really matters.

Targeted, natural, effective.

Products that make a difference.

Safe & uncompromising.

Our products are regularly put through their paces. Every single batch is carefully checked by independent laboratories to ensure that only the best finds its way to you. Our products are developed with dedication in Europe and manufactured in state-of-the-art production facilities.

Only what really counts.

Every ingredient matters to us. Each one is carefully selected and tested, and comes from controlled cultivation. Our formulations contain premium active ingredients in pure form and phospholipids from European sunflowers.

Absolutely nothing to hide.

We pay careful attention not only to which ingredients make it into our formula, but also to which ones stay out: GMO-free, no allergens, no artificial additives, soya-, gluten- and lactose-free.

Stability that runs deep.

Minerals such as magnesium, copper, phosphorus and zinc form the foundation for a healthy musculoskeletal system. They help to maintain bone stability, support normal muscle function and maintain healthy teeth.

A balanced intake of these essential minerals can help, in the long term, to maintain a resilient, well-functioning skeleton as the basis for mobility, strength and everyday fitness at every stage of life.

Protection for your eyes, now and in the future.

When it comes to eye health, certain minerals and trace elements also play an important role. Zinc and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress – a relevant factor in the maintenance of normal vision.

In addition, zinc is directly involved in the function of the visual pigment rhodopsin and supports vitamin A metabolism. This process is essential for vision at dusk and in the dark. In this way, selected minerals make a valuable contribution to visual performance and inner balance.

Strength for the nerves, calm for the mind.

Magnesium, iron, copper and potassium are important minerals for the normal function of the nervous system and psychological wellbeing. They support nerve signal transmission and influence signalling in the brain.

They also help to regulate mood and concentration and to maintain mental balance in everyday life – for a clear head and inner stability, even in challenging situations.

Questions and answers.

Multiminerals are a combination of various minerals and trace elements that our body needs every day to function well. Alongside important minerals for energy, immune defence and the maintenance of bones and muscles, the vitamins in Melinava Multimineral provide additional nutrients so you are well covered all round. This makes it easy to support your body’s basic daily needs – for more balance and vitality in everyday life.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also supports the normal function of the nervous system, the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and electrolyte balance.

Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and supports normal oxygen transport in the body. It also contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal cognitive function.

Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and supports the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails. It also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, normal fertility and reproduction, normal acid-base metabolism and the maintenance of normal bones and normal vision.

Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues and supports normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal function of the nervous system. It also plays a role in normal skin pigmentation, normal iron transport in the body and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and supports normal macronutrient metabolism.

Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system and supports the maintenance of normal hair and nails. It also contributes to normal thyroid function and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

The vitamin B complex with vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal function of the nervous system. It supports normal psychological function, helps with the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and mucous membranes.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, supports normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. It also increases iron absorption and supports normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, cartilage, bones and blood vessels.

Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal function of the immune system and supports the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. It also contributes to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels.

Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Liposomal formulations have the advantage of higher bioavailability than conventional supplements in capsule form. This is because the liposomes protect the active ingredients and can carry them intact through the digestive tract. This allows the active ingredients to enter the bloodstream more quickly and effectively and be transported to where they are needed in the body.

Thanks to this increased bioavailability, liposomal supplements such as Melinava Multiminerals can have a stronger effect in the body. Liposomal supplements may also help to reduce possible side effects, as the active ingredients are released into the digestive tract in lower concentrations, making unwanted reactions there less likely.

Melinava Multiminerals should ideally be stored in a cool (below 25°C), dry place away from light.

Yes! It contains no animal components or ingredients whatsoever, so vegans and vegetarians can take it with complete peace of mind.

How long it takes to notice results depends on various factors, such as your current nutrient status, your individual metabolism and how regularly you take it.

In many cases, the first effects appear after around 2–4 weeks of regular use. Some nutrients, especially those that support energy metabolism and the immune system, may work faster, while others – such as minerals important for skin, hair or bones – often need more time to show visible results.

Patience and consistent use are key to getting the best results.

Magnesium deficiency can show up as muscle cramps and twitches. Tiredness, physical weakness, sleep problems and nervousness or irritability are also common. Headaches can be another possible sign.

Iron deficiency often shows up as persistent tiredness and exhaustion. People affected often look pale and complain of dry skin. Difficulty concentrating, shortness of breath during physical exertion, brittle nails and hair loss can also occur.

Zinc deficiency can weaken the immune system and increase susceptibility to infections. Other possible symptoms include hair loss, brittle nails, slow wound healing and skin problems such as acne or eczema. A declining sense of taste and smell has also been described.

Copper deficiency can lead to anaemia and show up as weakness and tiredness. Neurological symptoms such as numbness may also occur. Changes to skin and hair, such as a loss of hair colour, are possible. A long-term deficiency also increases the risk of osteoporosis.

Chromium deficiency is often associated with cravings for sugar and carbohydrates. Fluctuating blood sugar levels and increased tiredness can also be signs.

Selenium deficiency can impair the body's defences and show up as frequent infections. Hair loss, muscle weakness or muscle pain and changes to the skin and nails have also been observed. In some cases, thyroid function disorders can also occur.

Manganese deficiency can cause growth disorders in children. In adults, possible effects show mainly in the bones and joints, with an increased risk of osteoporosis. Skin problems and impaired glucose tolerance can also occur.

Vitamin A deficiency often shows up as vision problems, especially night blindness. Dry skin and dry eyes may also occur. The immune system can be weakened, and in children it can lead to delayed growth.

A deficiency of B vitamins can lead to tiredness and general weakness. Problems with concentration and memory, nervousness, irritability or low mood are possible signs. Skin problems, cracked lips and hair loss are also frequently described.

Vitamin C deficiency can show up as increased susceptibility to infections. Typical signs also include bleeding gums, slow wound healing, dry and rough skin, and joint and muscle pain. Tiredness is also common.

Vitamin D deficiency is often associated with bone pain, reduced bone density and muscle weakness. Increased susceptibility to infections, persistent tiredness and low mood can also occur.

Vitamin E deficiency can lead to muscle weakness and vision problems. Reduced immune function and neurological symptoms such as tingling or numbness are also possible.

Vitamin K deficiency often shows up as an increased tendency to bleed, for example frequent nosebleeds or bleeding gums. Wound healing may also be slower, and bone problems can develop in the long term.

A deficiency of these nutrients can have various causes, such as an unbalanced diet, increased strain or absorption disorders. It is advisable to see a doctor so that any deficiency can be treated in a targeted and safe way.
