Recommended dosage
Melinava Resveratrol is a high-strength formula, with 150 mg of resveratrol per daily dose.
The recommended intake is 1 capsule daily with plenty of water (at least 300 ml).

Tip if you have difficulty swallowing
Place the capsule in your mouth with plenty of water and tilt your head forward (towards your chest). This makes swallowing much easier. Alternatively, you can empty the contents of the capsule into a glass of water and drink it.
