Recommended dosage

Each capsule of Melinava Liposomal L-Lysine provides 160 mg of pure L-Lysine as part of a 400 mg liposomal complex.

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water, ideally on an empty stomach or between meals. For best results, we recommend taking it regularly for at least 8 weeks.

Tip if you have trouble swallowing

Place the capsule in your mouth with plenty of water and tilt your head down (chin towards your chest). This makes swallowing much easier. Alternatively, you can empty the capsule contents into a glass of water and drink it.
