Recommended dosage

Melinava Liposomal Glutathione is a high-strength formula, with a 400 mg liposomal complex of 160 mg L-glutathione and 150 μg selenium as L-selenomethionine per daily dose.

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water. For best results, we recommend taking it regularly for at least 8 weeks.

Tip if you have trouble swallowing

Place the capsule in your mouth with plenty of water and tilt your head down (chin towards your chest). This makes swallowing much easier. Alternatively, you can empty the capsule contents into a glass of water and drink it.

Note

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.
