Liposomes – the special technology

Our liposomal technology changes the way nutrients are absorbed by the body.

Thanks to their special structure, liposomes encase the active ingredients they contain and protect them from being broken down in the digestive tract.

This allows nutrients to be transported to where they are needed – right into the cells.

The result is increased bioavailability: a larger proportion of the active ingredient reaches the bloodstream unchanged and is actually available to the body.

Less loss, better absorption, more efficient use.

The queen of Ayurvedic medicine.

Ashwagandha, also known as “winter cherry” or “sleep berry”, has been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine to help the body deal with stress and anxiety and to support its immune defences.

The plant is rich in bioactive compounds such as alkaloids, saponins and withanolides. These are characterised by their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and immunoregulatory properties and make ashwagandha one of the most valuable medicinal plants in Ayurveda.

Targeted, natural, effective.

Products that make a difference.

Safe & uncompromising.

Our products are regularly put through their paces. Every single batch is carefully checked by independent laboratories to ensure that only the best finds its way to you. Our products are developed with dedication in Europe and manufactured in state-of-the-art production facilities.

Only what really counts.

Every ingredient matters to us. Each one is carefully selected and tested, and comes from controlled cultivation. Our formulations contain premium active ingredients in pure form and phospholipids from European sunflowers.

Absolutely nothing to hide.

We pay careful attention not only to which ingredients make it into our formula, but also to which ones stay out: GMO-free, no allergens, no artificial additives, soya-, gluten- and lactose-free.

A boost for your immune system.

Thanks to its high antioxidant content, ashwagandha has a particularly valuable property: the ability to reduce oxidative stress. Its active compounds protect immune cells from damage caused by free radicals and so contribute to stronger, more resilient immune defences.

Ashwagandha also has an anti-inflammatory effect and can promote the production of antibodies, which play a central role in fending off infections. In this way, ashwagandha supports the immune system holistically and sustainably.

The power berry for more strength and stamina.

One of the best-known uses of ashwagandha is to boost performance and muscle strength. The plant can help to build muscle mass, improve endurance and lower cortisol levels in the body. This not only speeds up recovery but also supports more efficient muscle building.

A 2015 study showed that participants who took ashwagandha supplements rather than a placebo built significantly more muscle mass and achieved considerably greater muscle strength.

Ashwagandha, the winter cherry.

Even its nickname, winter cherry, hints at relaxation and rest. For thousands of years, ashwagandha has been used in Ayurvedic medicine to relieve sleep problems and symptoms of stress. Numerous studies have since shown that the active compounds of the winter cherry can indeed contribute to significant improvements.

Ashwagandha also has a positive effect on levels of cortisol, the ‘stress hormone’ that can have a negative impact on sleep. In addition, ashwagandha can help to calm the nervous system and thus contribute to calmer, more restful sleep.
