Recommended dosage

Melinava Intima Microencapsulated Probiotics is a high-strength formula, with 5 selected bacterial strains and 20 billion colony-forming units (CFU) per daily dose.

Take 1 capsule a day with plenty of water. For best results, we recommend taking it regularly for at least 8 weeks.

Tip if you have trouble swallowing

Place the capsule in your mouth with plenty of water and tilt your head forward (chin towards your chest). This makes swallowing much easier. Alternatively, you can empty the contents of the capsule into a glass of water and drink it.

Note
