Directions & notes How to take the product.

Recommended dosage
Melinava Vitamin A is a high-strength formula, with 800 µg per daily dose.

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal and plenty of water. For best results, take it regularly for at least 4 weeks.

Tip if you have difficulty swallowing
Put the capsule in your mouth with plenty of water and tilt your head forwards (towards your chest). This makes swallowing much easier. Alternatively, you can empty the capsule contents into a glass of water and drink it.

Note
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.

Liposomes – the special technology

Our liposomal technology changes the way nutrients are absorbed by the body.

Thanks to their special structure, liposomes encase the active ingredients they contain and protect them from being broken down in the digestive tract.

This allows nutrients to be transported to where they are needed – right into the cells.

The result is increased bioavailability: a larger proportion of the active ingredient reaches the bloodstream unchanged and is actually available to the body.

Less loss, better absorption, more efficient use.

A ray of light for your health.

Vitamin A is one of the most important micronutrients in our body. It is essential for healthy vision, cell regeneration and strengthening the body's defences. Vitamin A also supports the natural barrier function of the skin and mucous membranes – essential protective layers against external environmental influences.

Without an adequate intake, the body can gradually lose energy, resilience and the ability to regenerate – often without this being noticed straight away. This is exactly where Melinava Liposomal Vitamin A comes in.

Thanks to its highly bioavailable liposomal form, it delivers vitamin A to the body particularly efficiently and in a targeted way. For clear vision, healthy, radiant skin and a strong, resilient immune system – from the inside out.

Targeted, natural, effective.

Products that make a difference.

Safe & uncompromising.

Our products are regularly put through their paces. Every single batch is carefully checked by independent laboratories to ensure that only the best finds its way to you. Our products are developed with dedication in Europe and manufactured in state-of-the-art production facilities.

Only what really counts.

Every ingredient matters to us. Each one is carefully selected and tested, and comes from controlled cultivation. Our formulations contain premium active ingredients in pure form and phospholipids from European sunflowers.

Absolutely nothing to hide.

We pay careful attention not only to which ingredients make it into our formula, but also to which ones stay out: GMO-free, no allergens, no artificial additives, soya-, gluten- and lactose-free.

Inner strength for outer beauty.

Vitamin A supports the regeneration and renewal of skin cells and contributes to collagen production, which is responsible for the skin's elasticity and firmness. Thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties, vitamin A can help to reduce skin irritation and blemishes.

An adequate supply strengthens the skin's natural protective function, helps to retain moisture and gives the skin a healthy, radiant appearance – a real boost for skin health from within.

Silent heroes in your body.

Vitamin A does not just work on the outside – it also strengthens you from within, especially the immune system. It supports the development and activity of immune cells that recognise and specifically fight pathogens.

At the same time, vitamin A helps keep the skin and mucous membranes intact as natural protective barriers. This makes it harder for viruses and bacteria to get in. Especially at times of increased strain, an adequate intake is crucial to help prevent infections and stabilise the body's defences.

Moments of clarity.

Vitamin A is key to healthy vision. It supports the function of the retina and helps you see clearly even at dusk and in the dark. An inadequate supply, on the other hand, can lead to night blindness and other visual impairments.

Studies show that an adequate supply of vitamin A can help to maintain eyesight in the long term and support the resilience of the eyes – for clear vision in every situation.

Questions and answers.

Liposomal vitamin A is absorbed by the body much more efficiently. The liposomes protect the active ingredients and ensure that they work where they are needed. This reduces the risk of side effects.

Vitamin A is taken to provide targeted support for numerous important functions in the body. It contributes to normal iron metabolism and therefore plays an important role in energy production and oxygen transport in the body.

Vitamin A also supports the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes, which act as natural protective barriers against external influences. Vitamin A is also essential for eyesight, as it contributes to the maintenance of normal vision – especially in changing light conditions.

Another key area is the immune system. Vitamin A supports its normal function and helps the body defend itself against pathogens. It also plays an important role in normal cell division and specialisation, a fundamental process for growth, renewal and regeneration.

Liposomal formulations have the advantage of higher bioavailability than conventional supplements in capsule form. This is because the liposomes protect the active ingredients and can carry them intact through the digestive tract. This allows the active ingredients to enter the bloodstream more quickly and effectively and be transported to where they are needed in the body.

Thanks to this increased bioavailability, liposomal supplements such as Melinava Vitamin A can have a stronger effect in the body. Liposomal supplements may also help to reduce possible side effects, as the active ingredients are released into the digestive tract in lower concentrations, making unwanted reactions there less likely.

Melinava Vitamin A should preferably be stored in a cool (below 25°C), dry place, protected from light.

Yes! It contains no animal components or ingredients whatsoever, so vegans and vegetarians can take it with complete peace of mind.

How long it takes to notice results depends on various factors, such as your current nutrient status, your individual metabolism and how regularly you take it.

In many cases, the first effects appear after around 2–4 weeks of regular use. Some nutrients, especially those that support energy metabolism and the immune system, may work faster, while others – such as minerals important for skin, hair or bones – often need more time to show visible results.

Patience and consistent use are key to getting the best results.

Vitamin A can be taken at any time of day, but ideally with a meal containing fat, as it is a fat-soluble vitamin and is better absorbed this way.
