Recommended dosage

Melinava Liposomal Alpha Lipoic Acid is a high-strength formula, with 450 mg per daily dose.

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water. For best results, we recommend taking it on an empty stomach, every day for at least 6–8 weeks.

Tip if you have difficulty swallowing

Place the capsule in your mouth with plenty of water and tilt your head forward (towards your chest). This makes swallowing much easier. Alternatively, you can empty the contents of the capsule into a glass of water and drink it.
