Recommended dosage

Melinava Nattokinase 2000 FU is a high-strength formula, with 100 mg (2,000 FU) per daily dose.

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water. For best results, we recommend taking it in the evening before bed and taking it regularly for at least 8 weeks.

Tip if you have trouble swallowing

Place the capsule in your mouth with plenty of water and tilt your head down (chin towards your chest). This makes swallowing much easier. Alternatively, you can empty the capsule contents into a glass of water and drink it.

Note

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children.

Contraindications
